Thank you for choosing Property Tax Professionals to handle your property tax appeal and please know that we will be working diligently in pursuit of achieving the lowest possible property taxes for your property. By combining our state-of-the-art programs and our seasoned consulting staff, we provide the most accurate valuations necessary for presentation and final assessment valuations.

The timeline for the appeal process can be long, from the petition/appeal filing deadlines (in September) to the final appeal hearings (in March/April) of the following year.  We recommend paying your taxes as you typically would (by November 30th to receive the 4% discount for early payment) and anything we accomplish regarding an assessment reduction/tax savings, will be in the form of a tax refund check that will be mailed to you directly after the appeal process has been completed via the Value Adjustment Board in your County.  Please contact our office at any time for a status update for your appeal.
